Central Management

Our management console, Scense Explorer, will help you to manage all desktops and applications centrally from one location. You don't need to leave your desk to analyze problems and to implement solutions. You will exactly know what is happening within you desktop environment and changes or solutions are implemented instantly, real time and without the need of a physical visit.

Full control: unattended and real time

Scense's client software is in constant communication with the central database (or local cash in case of offline usage). Every change that is implemented by the administrator will be implemented right away on all relevant clients without intervention of the end user or administrator. Applications can be blocked instantly in case of problems and update or upgrades will be delivered on the fly. Most important: changes are implemented just in time in stead of just in case. End users are therefore not harassed by your administrative tasks and are not asked to reboot to have their changes in effect.

To decrease the amount of help desk call's, Scense implemented self service tooling for the end user. The most common desktop management tasks can be implemented by the end user itself, without needing administrative privileges. Applications could be repaired or reinstalled by the end user, net work connections and shortcuts restored and the end users profile will be monitored in real time. You might even decide to have certain groups deliver applications themselves.
