Koen Bouwers was one of the founders of Scense. Previously, he had been president of The Software Factory, an outsourcing company for software development in Eastern Europe, which he also founded. Until mid-2004, Koen was CEO of Consul, named most innovative company in the Netherlands by a leading Dutch magazine. Earlier still, he was president of the dictation division of Lernout & Hauspie, a business that he and an engineering manager started from scratch in 1996.

Richard Kuiper initiated the development of the Scense product and is largely responsible for its current functionality and design. For more than 20 years, he has been involved in the design and realisation of IT management tooling with the focus on providing integrated intuitive functionality. At Scense, Richard is responsible for product development and architecture.

Hessel Wellema is responsible for the product management and product marketing of Scense's user workspace management solutions. Hessel has a master’s degree in computer science and over 15 years’ experience within the software industry. That experience includes the management of multinational teams in development, sales and marketing.

Since the beginning, Dennis van Eijk has been a driving force behind research and development at Scense. Many of the product’s innovative features originate in his creative mind. An authority on IT Management Automation, he is adept at designing intelligent solutions to complex problems. At Scense, Dennis supports the development process and is responsible for research, architecture and engineering. He is also actively involved with research into new and expanded offerings.

Robert van Schayk has 15 years broad experience in sales and sales management in the Global IT Market. Robert was a successful sales executive at large companies like Sun Microsystems, Getronics and EMC2 and showed his entrepreneurial skills as a Sales Director at companies such as RES Software and Advisie. The combination of corporate business at large enterprises and leading sales from scratch to a solid and overachieving team makes Robert a valuable director and professional in IT sales.

Marcel is responsible for expanding and managing the channel for Scense. With his enthusiasm, network and knowledge of the application delivery market, he creates the momentum for new business. Marcel Mayer has over 20 years experience in technology sales as Account Manager, Presales Consultant and Sales Manager. The last 10 years he was an evangelist for solutions such as Citrix, Real Enterprise Solutions (RES) and Softricity. Marcel joined Scense, because they make the difference.
